Who are we?

Heritage Care is a non-profit located in the Washington D.C. metro area. Since 1996 we have provided skilled nursing care and rehabilitation services through qualified healthcare professionals. Our operation has expanded to include both healthcare and education services.  We are proud to provide these essential services to our community

What We're Working On Now

September

2025

New CNA/GNA Training Program

Heritage Care is excited to announce that we will be starting another CNA/GNA training cohort through the support of our partners at Employ Prince Georges

Summer

New Diabetes Prevention Program

In the summer of 2025, we will be working with our partners at TLC to provide a free diabetes prevention program to community members.

2025

New CNA Program Starting in Virginia

Heritage Care will begin a new CNA program in Virginia starting in April. Interested candidates should begin the application process as soon as possible, especially those that plan to apply for tuition assistance.
