Heritage Care Inc, is certified by the state of Maryland Department of Health to offer a community health worker (CHW) program.  Our organization works with local workforce development organizations and colleges to provide this program to our community members free of cost through grant funding.

CHWs can also specialize in different areas.  Some of those areas include:

  • Geriatrics

  • Diabetes Prevention

  • Promoting the Health of Formerly Incarcerated People

  • Mental Health

  • Sexual and Reproductive Health

The Heritage Care Inc.
