Heritage Care Inc. proudly offers a Maryland Board of Nursing–approved Nursing Assistant Training Program designed to prepare students for rewarding careers in healthcare. This comprehensive 108-hour, in-person program combines classroom instruction with hands-on clinical training to provide participants with the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to succeed as certified nursing assistants.

Classes are held at our Hyattsville, Maryland training center and are available in both daytime and evening formats to accommodate different schedules. The daytime program meets Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and is completed in three weeks. The evening program meets Monday through Thursday from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. and is completed in seven and a half weeks.

Through the generous support of grants and community partnerships, this program is offered free of charge to eligible participants. Funding is made possible by organizations such as Employ Prince George's, Prince George's Community College Adult Education, Missions of Love Charities, and several local healthcare providers that share our commitment to strengthening the healthcare workforce.
